Ductwork Installation

Your ducts decide whether cool air actually reaches each room. A properly designed duct system improves comfort, efficiency and equipment life. We design and install complete new duct systems for new construction, additions and homes whose existing ducts need to be replaced.

What We Do

We design the duct layout, size each supply and return for the equipment and the rooms it serves, and install sealed, insulated ductwork with grilles, registers and returns — built for South Florida’s heat and humidity.

What the Service Involves

• Review of the floor plan, ceiling space and equipment location
• Duct design and sizing for balanced airflow to every room
• Removal of old, damaged or contaminated ductwork when replacing
• Installation of new supply trunks, branch runs and returns
• Sealing and insulating all connections to prevent leaks and condensation
• Installing grilles, registers and returns
• Airflow testing and balancing, permit and inspection

What to Expect

Even temperatures from room to room, quieter airflow and a duct system properly matched to your equipment. On new construction we coordinate with your general contractor so ducts are installed before ceilings close. One recent customer had us replace their ducts and install a new AC after finding mold in the system — completed on time and on budget.

When You May Need This Service

• New construction or additions
• Old, leaking, crushed or moldy ducts
• Hot and cold spots throughout the home
• Installing a new system that the existing ducts can’t support
