AC System Installation

A new air conditioning system is one of the biggest investments in a home. We install new central air and ductless split systems for new construction, additions and homes adding central air for the first time — sized correctly, installed to the Florida Building Code and completed through final inspection.

What We Do

We evaluate your home, recommend the right type and size of system, and handle the complete installation: outdoor condenser, indoor air handler or ductless heads, refrigerant lines, condensate drainage, electrical connections and thermostat.

What the Service Involves

• On-site evaluation of the home, layout, existing electrical and equipment locations
• Load calculation so the system matches the home’s size, insulation, windows and Miami’s climate
• Clear equipment options and a written estimate before any work begins
• Permit application with Miami-Dade County or your city
• Installation of condenser, air handler or ductless units, line sets, drain and thermostat
• Start-up, refrigerant charging, airflow and system testing
• Final inspection and a walkthrough of how to operate your new system

What to Expect

A clear scope and price up front, a crew that arrives on time and keeps the work area clean, and a system sized for comfort and efficiency rather than “bigger is better.” Most new installations are scheduled around your timeline, and we keep you informed from permit to final inspection.

When You May Need This Service

• Building a new home or addition
• Converting a home without central air
• Adding a ductless system to a garage, room or converted space
• Remodeling and relocating equipment
